Wow did we have fun in SC!  Here's what we did while we were there:

First, some heavy reading during the L.O.N.G. car ride.

 Hanging out with cuzzies the first day at this great museum:

 Sunday after visiting their great church, Andy and I snuck away to tour the historic Brattonsville Plantation:

 The kids enjoyed many hours playing together.

 We also had time for a little excursion to a nearby park

 and a beautiful walking trail along the river

with this gorgeous little wading spot

 Jude greatly misunderstood the concept of wading, soaking himself neck deep...but he had fun throwing rocks:

 Cami picked out some pretty shells:

 The water was crystal clear

 Hooray for ocean day!  The kids had the most fun getting knocked over by waves.

During our evening walk along the beach:

 During our Charleston stay, we also took in a carriage ride seeing some historic sites...but the beach was a definite highlight.
