We were all delighted to have a day off from school today, so we decided to hit the zoo. Since Jada LOVES animals, and whinnies at most animals she sees, I thought a horse ride was a good idea for her. She was a little worried at first...
...but got comfortable and enjoyed the ride, even shouting out her little horse imitation...which comes out like a cute little giggle. "Hee-hee-hee-hee-hee."
The big kids had some chore money to spend, so the boys chose to go on a horse ride and Cami chose to spend hers on a little owl in the gift shop.

All in all, a good sibling bonding time.

It is so strange to see Jada on a horse . . . I keep thinking of her as "the baby" but she is closing in on a year and a half now, isn't she! Glad you could have a fun time at the zoo together--I miss doing that on these cool fall mornings!
