The other day when breaking open an assemble-it-yourself patio dining set, Calvin asked the following: "Why is there no wrench--there's just a picture of a wrench?"
It was a telling question and a solid point from the genius of a 4-year-old mind. I've often wondered the same thing--why bother?. (Thankfully we have a real 3-D wrench in our toolbox...)
