1st day of kindgergarten for cami

Today I gulped back tears and kissed my little girl good-bye. For ALL DAY kindergarten. She's so ready, I wouldn't want to hold her back another year...but it's still a bittersweet time, drawing attention to the fact that her toddler days are behind us forever.
So far, so good this morning...but it'll take some getting used to.

I LOVE the middle picture where Jude is looking up at Cami and Calvin is beaming - how sweet! I know that Cami will do wonderful in school! :-) I have so enjoyed everyone's back to school pictures on facebook, too........brings back so many memories (boy that makes me sound old). :-)

There you go...showing off again with your entirely too cute pictures!! :-) I only got one, ONE!!! picture of my boys on their first day. From the back no less. They were walking up the sidewalk as the entire school had already congregated on the front lawn and were heading into the building. Late on the first day? That's right baby!

Your pictures are awesome! They always put a huge smile on my face. I have mentioned I'm a little partial to Jude, no? ;-)

Oh Sweet Pea...I remember...I thought I couldn't breathe when I dropped Amy off for her first day of Kindergarten.
The second day I went shopping and was fine.
The third day I was not happy I had to go pick her up! Ha!!

Do I sound like a bad mama?

Re: the last picture- it's so tough being the baby of the family ;)

I'm so glad to hear things are going well for Cami. It's a monumental change in a kid's life. She's a special kid. Say hi for me :)
