new habits

Gross habit: Jude eating out of the garbage can (but not near as gross as the used band-aid 'candy' he enjoyed the other day) Strange habit: Calvin digging out last night's cold pizza for breakfast. Yucky habit: feet to eat (this is after traipsing through the most publicly-trafficked grocery store in town with sandals that did not stay on the whole time).
Musical habit: our first official (and productive!) piano lesson
Smiley girl did GREAT! She played Mary had a Little Lamb and learned to put the right fingers on the right keys. It was so much fun for both of us!
And I don't have a picture for this, but wanted to share her cleaning habit. She came home from preschool and after finishing an "urgent" craft, she spontaneously and thoroughly made everyone's bed--AND picked up toys on both levels in all rooms...completely unprompted! Hmm, I'm seeing a stark contrast between the girl and boys in our fam.

Love the picture of those sweet and pudgy little hands on the piano. Wish I had a picture like that of my 18 year old piano player who is graduating!

I, too love the pic of Cami's hands on the piano! Very nice! How exciting to have her start playing! You'll be a wonderful teacher! I recognize the book you're using.

Oh, those boys.......looks familiar! ;)
