Shoes perpetually on the wrong feet (but yay for putting on our own shoes!)
Unrolled toilet paper (yep, it was the extra large roll..) Not pictured is a different brand new extra large roll of toilet paper ruined by some enthusiastic hand washing/drying (in the toilet, not the sink)..and a box of kleenexes. Thank you Calvin for reminding me how difficult you were 6 months ago. But please go back to your not-as-messy activities.

I cannot count how many rolls of toilet paper I have seen that look that way. Or rolls lost to 'wetness' (in its varying forms). Looks like you're keeping busy. ;o)

And I think it's perfectly acceptable to use t.p. that is bundled on the floor like that. No problem. ;)
