snaps and snips

Well the storm has ended here in town and both of our folks have power back on--praise the Lord! It's a good reminder that He provides ALL things big and small....since we are still snowed in I was having fun editing a few photos today...and thought I'd share a few snips of recent conversation around the house... Cami looks out the window at our backyard (snow upon ice upon snow) and exclaims, "Ooh--we should go ice skating!! Can we--can we?" And at another point in time compliments me, "Mom, you look pretty." (workout clothes, no make-up, nasty hair) "Calvin, do you want water or milk to wash down that chocolate?" "Chocolate." We have another snow day tomorrow at least until they come scrape our streets...hope everyone had a merry Christmas despite the weather!
