In Cami's world everything is fun. Instead of talking, she'll often sing her sentences that she wants to communicate. She helps Mom 'decorate' by placing toys on shelves next to picture frames and plants. She produces a never-ending stream of miniature greeting cards, and she absolutely LOVES to draw. This flattering family portrait is the first of her masterful art pieces that includes the four of us.

One of the things I abolutely LOVE to do is look at kids' drawings - to really look at it and see what details they put in, etc. You can tell alot about how a kid thinks by studying their artwork (I think this is left over from my teaching days!). I LOVE the curly hair and the noses! :-) :-) Sounds like you have a creative kid there - R used to spend hours drawing, too. I'm glad you saved the portrait - be sure to save others as time goes by. They are definately a treasure later!

I was praying for you this morning and couldn't remember your exact due date, so I went a huntin'. TA-DA!! I found it...April 8th! THEN I had sto look again at the details of Cami's picture! LOVE THOSE PIGGY NOSES!! ; )
