Try not to drool...

We are now owners of a m...mi...minivan. (Whew, there I got it out...) After years of being deathly afraid of this purchase that was going to be forever stereotyping us and erasing our incredibly cool image, we got over it, our practical side winning out. Andy did the research, shopping, nogotiating, picking up...and I have to say he did a GREAT JOB! Low mileage, good price, sweet features and engineering and great design. Our hang-up was the ability to have a third-row seat AND cargo space without having to fold up a whole row of seats. We didn't want a beast of an SUV (even though gas prices are down at the moment), and even the mid-size SUVs weren't as family-friendly for what we needed. So we plan to be sportin around these wheels for a long, long time. Oh, yeah Babe. There is one downside that Cami pointed out...our "mini" van did not have "Minnie" [Mouse] on it. *sigh* You can't have it all...
Oh Yeah - Yello

I think I saw that in the church parking lot tonight. In transits on my favorite kind of van and I wondered who it belonged to. As the mother of 3 I really do drool over new minivans. :) This one looks super nice and now you have room to bring little man home from the hospital! :)

Well, that's a pretty sweet ride...but the music makes it AWESOME! Hope you have that CD...so you can turn it up full blast and cruise the "hood"!

Keep your shades on buddy!

I'm crackin' up here!

Oh Anna--too funny. I think we made our first minivan purchase when I was 24!! It was a bit to gulp down at that time. ;o) But after having my nice minivan get smashed and replacing it with a not-so-nice old, old styled van I do find myself "drooling" at minivans now. ;o) Oh to have doors on each side again . . .

With you it's a mini van. They are waaaayyyy cool compared to the STATION WAGON Rod bought for me to drive when Chad was born...Just call me June Cleaver!

I'm glad I'm not the only one who swallowed hard when we pulled out of a sales lot with one of those!

My bro looks pretty cool in that set o' wheels...we'll have to take her for a spin when we get there in a few weeks!

I was promised that the van we got is the ONLY one we'll ever have to own-after that it's a Pilot, baby (Lord willing, of course) :)

Mention something about us getting a minivan to Sarah. Talk to her about the "practicality" of it.
