Jude.

You are the cool and calm dude, the mostly quiet and thoughtful guy. You seem to get along with everyone, and will generally take care of problems yourself. Sometimes we’d like you to talk more. 😉

At this age you are collecting Nerf guns and pocket knives, you still have the parakeets and your cute baby painted turtle named Joey.

You’ve been growing in responsibility and have been entrusted with the care of the neighbors’ dogs (the animals love you!), and you are signed up to detassel this summer.

You hate unnecessary things like clothes shopping (even online) and getting your picture taken and would be happy if you never had to deal with these kinds of chores. You love to listen to audio books and play outside when the neighbor boys are free.

Overall you are a sweet-natured boy in the midst of big changes. You have grown noticeably taller in these last few months, and I know there's more of that to come.

Our prayer is that you would also be growing spiritually and remain aware of the things that are of eternal importance. This is the most important thing to remember throughout your life. Keep seeking the truth and Lord's wisdom in His Word. And you'll have everything you need.
