happenings

Prepare to be amazed.
In only 2 weeks' time I have produced somewhere in the vicinity of 15 to 20 random shots.  Hooray!  I might not snap something every single day, but I'm doing a lot better than before.  So, in rapid-fire style:
Calvin's double-aced spelling tests
crafty kitty (this sweet sewing session may or may not have ended in a tantrum-induced tearing of the cardboard.)
Monday morning victory: discovering all 100 counting bears, ready to go to school with Jude for the 100th day of school celebration.  ....and what our living room looked like after they were all discovered.  Under couches and couch cushions, in vents, and a dozen other random places that they weren't supposed to be.  But a perfect set still intact after being in our house for a few years?  I call that a miracle.
 Candy Land.  Oh, yeah.
A block replica of our state capitol.
 Sisters.
How does a near-8-year-old manage to eat like this every. single. meal?
Girly roll-around-the-block session for recess on a warm day
Above my sourdough bread, you'll notice the kids' get-read-for-bed time on a particularly attitudinal evening.
 An appetizing application of art
7 degree windchill.  A day at the park.  Lovely time.

Finding all 100 counting bears?? That deserves a special award! I am amazed. ;o) Love Jada's hair accessory in the sewing pics and a thumbs up to calling it an early night. And I am glad to find you posting pics again--I have missed the little glimpses into home your home life!
