A sweet and unprompted book-reading party amongst the kids (Calvin has apparently been promoted to the little one who needs to sit on a lap)...and this gave me 45 minutes of peace without fights or other disturbances...and they were quiet! I had to get a snap of the amazing sight. That did me a world of good, given the last week or so of way. too. many. squabbles.
The kids are all off to Grammy & Grampa's house for a few nights of fun and more outdoor play, and I have plans to put the belly down for a nap, and play cards with friends later today. Nothing happening otherwise. ;) Thanks, everyone for all the calls & emails and especially the prayers--they are so appreciated! I will continue to hold out for the ability-to-drag-out-pregnancy-as-long-as-possible crown. Although there's still a chance for a due date debut.
