hello again

It's been a little too long since I've updated the blog...guess I've been busy with 'something' ..although I'm not sure what exactly, maybe Christmas cards and a generally busy schedule...along with decorating for Christmas:
Cami thought this Christmas tree skirt was just the right size for her. Our tree IS up, and ornaments are now on and mostly accounted for after being broken, played with and strewn around the house for days (next time I won't leave the ornament hanging up to the kids).
I hope everyone is staying WARM and dry (B&A, we are looking forward to feeling the Phoenix sun in February!)..we'll see how bad this ominous snowstorm will be tomorrow. I am looking forward to a snow day at home...it's a relief to not have to go anywhere. Although you might pray for the folks' safe travel home from SC, they are supposed to be flying via Chic.ago tomorrow.

I think that skirt does fit her perfectly. ;o) Christmas trees are definitely one of those things I have had to learn to "let go" on. My branches droop with too many ornaments grouped together, my least favorite ones seem to be the ones they hang front and center--I found barbies setting up camp one afternoon in the branches! As long as they are having fun . . . ;o)

We are loving her imagination....reminding us of her mommy.

Janna, you found Barbies and I found G.I. Joe and Incredible Hulk. At least Barbies are pretty. :)

Love the skirt--it takes someone pretty cute and special to pull that look off with such style as Cami. :)
