The kids are not shy in asking for many unreasonable things. Lately they've been convincing their daddy to carry them both to bed at the same time. It's apparently not up to par to carry one on each hip...they must be carried like a baby. And since they have the same bedroom, same bedtime, and the same tendency to amp up the begging and whining just before bedtime, Andy often gets caught with two squealing piggies hanging on him and out-shouting each other...all to be carried like a baby up to bed. It's amazing what a little muscle and a little problem-solving can accomplish.

How sweet! You brought back memories of when my girls were around the same ages and requested "mouse rides" to bed from Daddy, which eventually morphed into all sorts of different animals rides. And you know, so quickly, that time is gone. One day it's the last time they ask, and you don't even realize an era has ended. Enjoy, enjoy, enjoy. ;o)
and when Jude gets a little better, Cal can just be the middle of the sandwich!! :)
Side note: my brother's looking pretty trim and buff in this photo- been working out has he??? (or just bench pressing some preschoolers??)
