learning to spell..and talk
We were playing with our favorite wooden letters this afternoon and Cami was impressing me with her ability to sound out and spell a few different words...she'll often ask me, "Mom what does this spell? C-R-G-L-I-M!" Or something along those lines. While we were thinking of different words to spell (already having an "-im" out), she had a lightbulb moment and said "I know!" ...putting an 'f' in front of it she exclaimed, "FIM! Like fishies 'fim' in the water!"

Hee, hee, I can only too well relate to this. :o)
And by the way, I enjoyed reading the verse you have over on the side--I thought the references to old age and graying years quite appropriate as our 30th b-days approach. ;o)
