Here's the before and after of our bedroom..finally got it painted with the deep plum accent wall, and I found curtains the same shade so Andy helped me put those up. I think I am 'painted out' for awhile..since we moved here we've repainted 11 rooms. I have plans to someday do our bathroom and the big kids' room..but it'll have to wait a little while. Also had to show a snap of the sandbox Andy put in for the kids. The frame was already there from the swingset, so it was the perfect litte spot for them to make a mess.
So there's our projects of the week...hope everyone has a great 4th!

Lovely! The new paint adds such a warm feeling. I can TOTALLY relate to the 'painted out' feeling!! Hang up that paint brush, grab some bon-bons and lounge in that beautiful bedroom. :)
Isn't it amazing what a can of paint will do to make something take life? Your room is just beautiful! And that sandbox...well, that's a perfect spot!
Ahh...now to get the energy to paint my bedroom furniture (just the chest and dresser) black. Ahem...maybe I can get Amy to do it if I babysit Carter!!
11 rooms...ha...I can TOTALLY relate!

Oh my gosh! Your bedroom looks AWESOME!!!!! And so what if you've painted 11 rooms? I had this house all painted in 9 months or so! HA! So....let's do your bathroom when I come back to visit!!!! I'll help ya while grammy takes the kiddos! :)
