Here is the "before" of our incredibly drab laundry room. ...what's the meaning of decorating such a mundane room? Well it BADLY needed a new coat of paint with there being several patched holes, and I also was antsy to get a new shelf up (found an inexpensive board shelf/brackets at the home improvement store) for organizational needs.
Since it needed paint and the shelf I thought I might as well make it pretty...this spring green color is softer in person, it's not quite so olivey as the picture is showing..more avocado..think of guacamole, that's more the color.

Jude is huge!!! I think he could pass for a four month old! And I love the laundry room--seeing as you'll be spending an awful lot of time in their for the next 18 or so years, you might as well make it pretty! ;o)
(((smiling at Janna's comment=) ))) The laundry room IS beautiful and those doodlebugs are growing like weeds!!! Even Jude doesn't seem so tiny after being with Carter this weekend! Yikes!! ..it goes too fast!!! =)
You're amazing! 3 little ones and a perky laundry room! Way to go! The three little munchkins definitely look like siblings, don't they?? :)
Okay...there's a commercial with a mom and a dad painting a bedroom "Spring Green" and they say it's a calming color. The kids are dashing thru the house at warp speed...then they hit that room and the next scene is them sitting in a chair, legs crossed, reading quietly! Just thought you'd like to know that you picked a good color!!! ;)
And those pages are DARLING!!! Kisses all around!!
