playing catch-up again

Lots of stuff happened this week, the most notable is that my brother Nick finished his chemo. Praise the Lord! He is pukey as expected, but it being the last time it's much more bearable. He will have another scan in the next week or so to check on things, and then potentially a surgery. We'd appreciate your continued prayers with wisdom there, and especially timing with that since their baby is due in the next few weeks. Other things going on here..Jude has been sleeping through the night! We are very thankful for his healthy growth and development, and of course it's nice to feel a little more rested. He is quite the chunky monkey, being at the 100th percentile at his 1-month visit 2 weeks ago. It's something new for me to have a big baby, but his good health is from the Lord and I'm glad for that. I'm trying to catch up on digi-scrapping since I'm WAY behind, here's the first of my efforts there. I've also painted our laundry room, I'll try to post a picture once it's all pretty and put together. All for now...hope everyone has a nice Memorial Day weekend.
