teething and other fun things
Teething has been the name of the game lately. Calvin goes through the same routine...hardly eating breakfast, then before lunch has an unbearable meltdown that lasts most of an hour (off and on) and can hardly be helped, even with M.otrin.
Once he's finally calmed down, he'll refuse to eat whatever balanced meal that I put in front of him, so we give him a huge helping of yogurt, followed by an even more ridiculous portion of peanut butter at his request, straight out of the jar by the spoonful. These two foods have been almost his sole nourishment the last few days.
He's also gotten attached to these "babies" --teriyaki and worcestershire (wise choices for toys, given their breakable and stainable qualities)...not sure why, but he can get to them when the fridge gets opened. Here he is being a baby:
I plan to get that installed today, but we'll see. ..and a snap of the littlest baby, growing ever so robustly. My guess is that he'll be 8 lbs or a little more at birth..not quite near the 50 I've gained, but a nice size to deliver.
And here's Cami in her daily dress up game. I forgot what this character was meant to be (a fairy or Tinker.belle)...but I think she looks like a little hippie.
And finally, here's what happens when I say, "quick--everybody act normal!"
(yes, that is underwear.)

I'm still chuckling at Calvin's babies--what an original idea! And YOU LOOK AWESOME!!! That is one cute and round belly. ;o) And while it would be nice to deliver exactly what we gained, I'm thinking once it is time to push you'll be happy he stuck around 8 lbs. ;o)

And yes Anna...you look BEAUTIFUL!! I see pregnancy agrees with you! Wish I looked so cute being 50 lbs. overweight! Ha!

LOL to Janna's comment about delivering what we gain! ha! I can't remember how much I gained (some things are just better forgotten) but I do know about 85% of it was in the back side and was not a pretty sight. You, on the other hand, look GREAT!! Here's hopin that Calvin pops those naughty teeth through real soon, so he can be a happy, meltdown free big brother! :)
