Two months from today is the expected date for our littlest peanut to make his grand entrance into the world. Although it's tons of fun being pregnant, I've been the most ready for this one to be done. Don't get me wrong, I don't want him to come early...to quote a friend, "I like my steaks rare but my babies well done."
This pregnancy, though, has been the most stereotypical of all of them (lack of sleep, weight gain, too many emotions, visiting the ladies' room hourly, can't breathe or bend over, etc.) And even more frustrating that my pregnancy clothes don't fit! But that's another story... I am blessed to have a healthy baby and pregnancy. And I'm convinced (or maybe just brainwashing myself) that this labor will be the shortest of them all (if my little theory is correct...hard pregnancy=easy labor). One can be hopeful. Either way it will be good--God is sovereign and always does what's best.

I'm thinkin' your sister in law is subscribing to the same theory! At least we can pray it is so! We need another picture of you on here...haven't seen you in a great while! Who would have thought just last year at the wedding that we would be celebrating so many new babe's being born in 2009? God is so gracious!

Don't you just LOVE when even your maternity clothes have gotten too small? And of course, you don't want to buy more, because you're almost done needing them, and so when Sunday morning rolls around (the one day you try to look decent)you are beyond frustrated with your wardrobe. ;o) Or was that just me? ;o)

my biggest # gain was with my third and I had nary an outfit that would not be pulling at the seams, all to end in a lightning quick delivery (if you remember, I almost could've pushed that boy out standing at the kitchen sink!)
Hang in there. We're all looking forward to Jude's arrival...well done (and we won't stick any forks in him) ;)
Not that many weeks after we get back home!! Cams and the Calvinator will have to come stay a few days when we get back....and when Jude arrives!! =) Smiley thinks she is coming back to NE when we leave, cause she likes our big house best! =) I don't have the heart to tell her it will be a few months. She can't wait to see Cami! =)

well crud...if you're theory is correct then i'm going to have a hard labor! =) guess i'll just have to wait and see. and i'm sure jude will just plop right out in no time =)
Hey Anna, I hope my first comment didn't sound mean! I just remember after my miscarriage and even right now,I would do and go through anything to have another little blessing!: )
As for your weight gain, you look great! No joke! Hope you get that easy labor you want. Hey do you want to drop your kids off here when you go into labor?
I'm reading your post and 'reliving' my 3rd pregnancy!!! I was soooo ready to be done and those last couple months do seem to be the hardest, don't they? By the time #3 comes, it's like the ol' body just says, "Well, if you're going to do this to me again, you're gonna pay!!!" LOL Hang in there!!! You're lookin great!!!!
